LATEST UPDATE
As you may be aware, the law around data protection is changing on 25th May. This requires any business handling personal data to do so securely and with transparency, much like a good shot of espresso.
We take data privacy nearly as serious as our coffee, and therefore, the only information we keep about you (names, addresses, numbers and emails) is vital to the smooth running of your account. So brew with confidence as we ensure any information retained, remains just as private as your treasurable brew ratios and roasting tips.
By continuing to use Coffee Omega, you consent to the continued use of your data in the operation of your account (correspondence, news updates, offers and order statuses), which–don’t worry, is held no longer than necessary. In addition, we respect your information as we do our grinders and thus only share your details with our already complied suppliers and transport companies who help us fulfil your orders.
The only other parties that will be exposed to your data, had you choose to ‘opt-in’ would be Woo Commerce (our e-commerce plug-in to our SSL-certified website), MailChimp (our email marketing automation platform), PayPal and Gocardless (our online payment systems). So sit back, relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
If you would like to discuss any of this information further, please do not hesitate to get in touch at sales@grinders4coffee.co.uk. We are grateful for your continued business.
